Thank you for shopping at Aaravee! We understand that sometimes an exchange may be necessary, and we are happy to accommodate as long as the following guidelines are met.

Our store does not offer refunds or returns. However, we do offer exchanges within 48 hours of receiving the product, provided that the original piece is in its original condition and accompanied by a receipt. Please note that purchases made on sale days cannot be exchanged.

In the event of an exchange, including sizing issues, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs involved in returning the item. Please note that original and additional shipping costs paid by the customer will not be refunded.

If you would like to initiate an exchange, please email us at info@aaravee.in. We would be happy to accept the exchange if the products have no signs of wear or damage and are in their original packaging (box and pouch included).

HOW CAN I INITIATE THE EXCHANGE?

Send us an email at info@aaravee.in requesting your return. Don’t forget to include the following:

-the order number/ name of person who has ordered the piece

-the address where the jewelry will be shipped from

-the email address associated with your AARAVEE account to apply the credit once processed.

Note: Original shipping fees, duties and/or taxes are non-refundable and will not be included in the credited amount.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY JEWELLERY BREAKS?

All AARAVEE products are very intricate and delicate.

However, Atelier AARAVEE is happy to repair your item for you. Repairs start at Rs.500/- and will increase depending on the extent of the damage. For online orders, please provide photos of the issue so we can determine the best course of action. Incase the customer informs about the damage caused from our end or during transit and supports it with imagery within 48 hours of receiving the product, we shall be happy to repair it for you with no additional cost.
